In order to satisfy the increasing demands from the Users of Favretto SPA-IMT Grinders, we have equipped ourselves in such a way to offer, in a short time and reasonable prices, the following services:
- Wheel heads supply of new construction with back return of the old group to be repaired;
- Wheel holders existing reconditioned;
- Ball bearings and all necessary spare parts;
- Wheel head disassembling at the Customer site, overhaul of the above at our factory and re-assembling at the Customer’s site in a very short time with a minimum machine idle time;
All wheel heads spindles after overhaul are carefully inspected on the testing bench. The inspection is completed by an inspection certificate which certify the perfect functioning and accuracy of the spindle. After that, following the assembling of the wheel head on the machine, further geometrical tests are carried out in order to guarantee the functions and the accuracy of the machine after the reassembling.
